We held the IP-Web Seminar “Options After a Final Office Action in a U.S. Patent Application”

On May 19, 2021, we held an online seminar on the subject “Options After a Final Office Action in a U.S. Patent Application” for our Clients.

During the prosecution of a U.S. patent application, the USPTO may notify a Final Office Action. However, there are many options for responding to the FOA, and a comprehensive understanding of the costs, considerations, success rates, etc. of these options is very helpful to the applicant.

We invited Mr. Bradford R. Czerwonky, Patent Attorney of Taylor English Duma LLP, as the lecturer.  Mr. Nobuyuki Akagi, Sr. Patent Attorney of our International Patent/Design division, provided the abridged Japanese translation during the seminar.

We wish to thank you, our professional colleagues and clients, for participating in these seminars.
