Profile

Mr. Nakata was qualified as a patent attorney in 1999.  He was also qualified in 2007 as an IP infringement litigator. (Qualified as having passed the Specific Infringement Litigation Representation Examination under Article 15 bis of the Patent Attorneys Law in Japan.)
After working at United Net Corporation, he joined Fukami in 1994.  He handles prosecutions in the fields of amusement equipment, electricity and control.  He has also handled many patent invalidation trials and many suit against appeal decisions so far.  He is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA).  He is also a qualified Chief Telecommunications Engineer and First-Class Technical Radio Operator for On-The-Ground Services.
